A character is a generated persona with its own appearance, description and voice that can be reused across multiple scenes.
A scene is a single generation showing a character in a specific pose, outfit, or location.
Tokens are spent when creating characters, generating scenes, or regenerating results.
Subscription tokens reset monthly, while Top-up tokens never expire.
Not yet. Since we're a small startup just getting started, offering a free trial would make it tricky to fairly calculate usage and costs. We plan to explore trial options once our system is more established - stay tuned!
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. Token usage involves external systems like AI services and image generation providers, which incur real costs once tokens are spent. Because of that, all purchases are final.
For now, we don't offer discounts. In the future, we plan to provide special promotions, gift tokens, and other offers to reward our users - so stay tuned for updates!
You'll be able to purchase additional top-up tokens at any time. These tokens are permanent - they stay in your account forever and are not cleared when your subscription ends.
Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Yearly billing will be available in our plans in the future.
When you switch plans, your new monthly tokens are added to your current balance immediately after your new subscription payment is processed. Your top-up tokens remain unchanged - they are not affected by plan changes.
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account settings. We'll provide a dedicated section there to manage and cancel your plan anytime.
